Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Return: We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@miyera.com, and we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products, samples, applicators, and brushes cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
