A pH 5.0 gel cleanser that Laneige designed around a simple idea: washing your face shouldn't cost you your barrier. It removes sunscreen, complexion makeup and daily grime, but the surfactant system is soap-free and sulfate-free, and the finish is comfortable rather than squeaky. Micellar agents in the gel grab onto oil-based sunscreen and foundation so a single cleanse is usually enough. About 77% of the formula is skincare ingredients, which is why skin reads hydrated afterwards instead of tight. Laneige reports reduced moisture loss over four weeks and essentially no shift in skin pH right after washing. Ophthalmologist tested and suitable for contact lens wearers, so it is a reasonable pick for sensitive or easily stripped skin.
Key Ingredients
Blue Hyaluronic Acid — Laneige's signature hydrating complex, here in a rinse-off format so skin stays plump after cleansing.

How to use
For daily cleansing, massage 1–2 pumps onto wet skin and rinse thoroughly. To remove complexion makeup, massage 2–3 pumps onto dry skin first, then emulsify with water and rinse.
