A two-in-one cleanser that starts as a nourishing oil and turns into a fine, firm lather once you add water — so it does the job of a cleansing oil and a foam in a single step. Massaged onto a dry face it melts sunscreen, base makeup and sebum out of pores; adding water transforms it into a micro-bubble foam that rinses clean without residue. Laneige reports a 37.5% drop in visible blackheads after a single use and a 46.5% reduction in temporary redness from external aggressors. About 70.6% of the formula is skin-caring ingredients, which is why it leaves skin feeling nourished rather than stripped. The formula is 11-free and has passed eye irritation, primary skin irritation, dermatology and sensitive-skin panel testing.
Key Ingredients
Ceramide NP — helps fortify the moisture barrier so cleansing doesn't leave skin compromised.
Ectoin — a moisture-binding ingredient that keeps skin comfortable through the wash.
Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) — a stable derivative that adds antioxidant support and a brighter-looking finish.
Jojoba Seed Oil — one of five essence oils in the formula, dissolving makeup while soothing the skin.
Green Tea Seed Oil (Camellia Sinensis) — a lightweight antioxidant oil that keeps the cleanse gentle.
How to use
On a dry face, dispense 2–3 pumps and massage gently to melt makeup. Wet your hands, massage again to lather, then rinse with lukewarm water. For a lighter morning cleanse, lather in wet palms first and roll the foam over damp skin.
