Dr. Althea's 345 Relief Cream is a lightweight, barrier-focused moisturizer built for skin dealing with post-breakout redness, uneven tone, and general sensitivity. It's formulated without essential oils to keep irritation risk low, and leans on centella-derived actives, niacinamide, and ceramides to calm inflammation while reinforcing the skin's moisture barrier. The gel-cream texture absorbs quickly and settles into a balanced, non-greasy finish rather than sitting heavy on the skin. Alongside redness relief, the formula works to visibly soften rough or uneven texture left behind by past breakouts and even out overall tone. It's positioned as a daily moisturizer for sensitive, acne-prone skin, and can also be layered using the 'sandwich method' — a thin layer before a stronger active treatment and another thin layer after, to help buffer potential irritation.
